3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

3.2 By clicking the “Order now” button, you are making a binding declaration of intent to order the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order immediately after its completion by sending a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This confirmation email contains all order details including these general terms and conditions.

3.3. The goods order with contractual conditions will be stored by us until it is processed. This data is available to you in the form of the information in accordance with paragraph

4. Return shipping costs

The purchase price must be paid in advance and is due with your order. The goods will only be dispatched once the purchase price has been paid into our account or we have received a corresponding payment guarantee from your bank. Payment can be made in the following ways: PayPal, invoice (advance payment), immediate bank transfer and credit card.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
